The Fundamentals of Handstands
This class will focus on the fundamentals of handstands. We will work on shoulder and ab conditioning, flexibility focusing on hips, back and shoulders. Proper handstand alignment, various types of drills to build body awareness and balance.
Handstands not only work your abs, they also strengthen your hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thigh muscles, and spinal muscles to create a balanced, super-strong core.
This class is offered through Zoom please be registered with Zoom, you will receive a link 30 mins prior to your class time.

Warm up, core, handstand drills, practice time, endurance and flexibility
—Must cancel 12 hours prior to the class failing to do so twice will make you unable to sign up again.
—Any unsafe practices and you may be asked to leave the class
