Online Beginner Handstand Class- level 2 Wednesdays 6:00-8:00pm EST


This class will focus on the fundamentals of handstands. We will work on shoulder and ab conditioning, flexibility focusing on hips, back and shoulders. Proper handstand alignment, various types of drills to build body awareness and balance.

Requirements: – 40 sec wall hold ( stomach to wall ) and be able to kick up to the wall
