Online Handstand Class – Drop-ins


Classes will focus on the fundamentals of handstands. We will work on shoulder and ab conditioning, flexibility focusing on hips, back and shoulders. Proper handstand alignment, various types of drills to build body awareness and balance.

Requirements: 15-sec wall hold ( stomach to the wall ) and be able to kick up to the wall. If you are unsure about the requirements email me.


  • Mixed Handstands & Flex – Wednesdays: 6pm-8pm EST
  • Mixed Handstands & Flex – Thursdays: 7pm-9pm EST   Practice Class
  • Mixed Handstands & Flex – Sundays: 11am-1pm EST
