Online Stretch Class – (drop in) Sundays 3:15-4:15 pm EST


This class will have a wide range of active and passive stretches geared towards : splits , pike , pancake and more !

Things to bring : water, mat, blocks, bands ( small and large )

you will receive zoom link hour prior to class
